Raytu Laser Customer Success Case | RT-12030S

For high-volume metal cutting projects, selecting a fiber laser machine is not only about laser power. Production capacity, working area, machine stability, safety, and long-term operating efficiency all need to be considered together.
For one of Raytu Laser’s projects in the United Arab Emirates, the customer required high-power laser cutting equipment for large-format metal sheet processing. Based on the project requirements, five fully enclosed RT-12030S fiber laser cutting machines were selected, each equipped with a 30,000W laser source.
The project included five RT-12030S fully enclosed fiber laser cutting machines with 30kW laser power. Using the same model and configuration across multiple machines helps standardize production, operator training, maintenance, spare parts management, and daily operation—especially for customers building large-scale production capacity.
Moving to 30kW is not simply about increasing the maximum cutting thickness. High laser power can also improve processing efficiency for suitable medium and thick metal sheets, helping reduce cutting time in production environments where throughput is important.
However, laser power should always be selected according to the customer’s actual materials, common thickness range, required cutting speed, production volume, and operating cost. A higher power rating only creates value when the rest of the machine and the application are properly matched.

The RT-12030S is designed for large-format sheet processing, giving the customer greater flexibility when working with long and oversized metal plates. For machines that combine a large working area with 30,000W laser power, structural rigidity, motion accuracy, and stable operation become especially important.
The machine structure, gantry, drive system, cutting head, control system, and supporting components must work as one complete system to maintain reliable performance during demanding production.
All five machines were configured with a fully enclosed structure. For high-power laser cutting, an enclosed design helps separate the processing area from the surrounding workshop and supports more effective management of cutting fumes and dust.
It also creates a more controlled production environment and is particularly suitable for industrial facilities where high-power laser equipment is operated regularly.

Supplying five 30kW machines as part of one project requires more than manufacturing individual units. Configuration consistency across the machines is important, and each unit must go through assembly, electrical integration, system configuration, commissioning, cutting tests, and final inspection before delivery.
This UAE project demonstrates Raytu Laser’s capability to support international customers requiring multiple high-power, large-format fiber laser cutting machines for industrial production.

Projects like this do not begin with the question, “How many kilowatts do you need?” The customer’s material type, common and maximum thickness, sheet dimensions, production volume, workshop conditions, and operating requirements all influence the final machine configuration.
The five-machine RT-12030S project in the UAE is a practical example of turning large-scale production requirements into a standardized laser cutting solution built around the customer’s real application.
