The customer operates in the metal fabrication industry, producing structural components and custom metal parts. As their business expanded, they needed a more efficient solution for both sheet metal and tube processing. After comparing several suppliers, they chose Raytu Laser for its stable machine performance and strong technical support.

For this project, two machines were installed:

• RT6025G 6000W fiber laser cutting machine (sheet metal)

• RTM-60240 tube laser cutting machine

To ensure everything runs smoothly, our experienced engineer traveled to Belarus and handled the full on-site installation and commissioning.

Installation Process

Upon arrival, the first step was to check the site conditions, including power supply, workshop layout, and gas connections. Proper preparation is essential for large-scale laser machines.

Working together with the customer’s team, the machines were positioned, assembled, and calibrated step by step.

After installation, multiple cutting tests were carried out using real production materials. The machines delivered stable performance, clean cutting edges, and high precision.

Usage Results

The RT6025G fiber laser cutting machine handled both thin and thick metal sheets efficiently, while the tube laser machine improved the accuracy and speed of pipe processing. 

This combination significantly increased the customer’s production flexibility.
