Middle Eastern clients visited our factory from July 21-26 to inspect their 6kW-3015HT and 3kW-3015H laser cutting machines. The visit included live cutting tests, operational training, and internal structure analysis.

Live Cutting Tests: Exceptional Performance Wins Client Approval

On July 21st, our valued Middle Eastern clients arrived at our manufacturing base to conduct a comprehensive inspection of their newly ordered 6kW-3015HT and 3kW-3015H fiber laser cutting machines.

The live demonstration focused on processing carbon steel and stainless steel. The 6kW machine showcased remarkable speed and delivered ultra-smooth cutting edges on thick carbon steel plates. Meanwhile, the 3kW equipment maintained excellent precision and stability while cutting thin stainless steel sheets. After reviewing the cutting samples, the clients expressed high satisfaction, confirming that the machines perfectly met their processing requirements.

Comprehensive Technical Training for Efficient Operation

During their stay, our technical team provided systematic training on machine operation and daily maintenance. The sessions covered standard startup procedures, parameter adjustments, lubrication point maintenance, lens cleaning protocols, and troubleshooting for common alarms.

Our engineers also engaged in deep discussions with the clients' technical staff, sharing valuable practical experience and processing parameters to ensure they can confidently operate the machines upon their return.

Internal Structure Analysis & Workshop Layout Planning

To provide a deeper understanding of our equipment's build quality, we accommodated the client's request on July 24th to inspect the machine's internal structure. We removed the protective covers and walked them through the core components, including the machine bed, guide rails, racks, laser modules, and water chiller piping, highlighting key daily inspection points.

Furthermore, we assisted the clients with their pre-installation planning. Using their workshop floor plans, our team analyzed the best positions for the electrical cabinet, main machine, and exhaust duct routing. We provided two customized, efficient layout proposals for their consideration.

Successful Conclusion and Next Steps

On July 26th, the clients concluded their successful factory visit, taking all the cutting samples with them. They highly praised the trip, noting that it was an incredibly fruitful learning experience. With the inspection phase smoothly completed, we are now coordinating the final shipment and preparing for the upcoming on-site installation and commissioning at the client's facility.
